Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Every online order will be shipped within 2 working days. If you place your order on Saturday, it will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. In case of delays of any cause, we will get in touch with you.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code for following your shipment.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

The Netherlands 1 - 2 working days

Europe 2 - 9 working days

Worldwide 6 - 13 working days

CUSTOMS DUTY

For the orders outside the EU, local tax and duty fees might apply once the shipment reaches your country.
Maja Krstic Art Diary cannot control or predict these charges and it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
